STUDENT VOLUNTEER FAQ’S
Can I volunteer for more than one shift?
Absolutely! Just be sure that when you click on the links to sign up, you don’t overlap shifts.

Will I receive Community Service credits for volunteering?
Yes. Your volunteering information will be sent to your group or club leader at the close of Art Fest.

When and where do I pick up my t-shirt?
T-shirts can be picked up Friday, October 4, between 3PM and 7PM at the volunteer check-in tent, which is located across from Woods Animal Clinic on the corner of Thrasher St. and Park Drive. If you are unable to pick up your shirt Friday, you may get it when you check in for your shift. The earlier you check in, the more likely it is that you will be able to get the shirt size you desire.

Where should I park?
Parking in the vicinity of Art Fest will be extremely limited. If you arrive for the 7AM shift on Saturday, you should have no problem finding a space close to the festival. If you arrive after 9AM Saturday or 10AM Sunday you should plan to park in the off-site parking and take one of the shuttle buses that will run from both the Norcross First United Methodist Church (Sat. 9:30am – 8pm; Sun. 12:30pm – 7pm) located at 2500 Beaver Ruin Road or at the Jefferson Plaza (Sat. 9am – 10pm; Sun. 9am – 9pm) located at 3169 Holcomb Bridge Road. Please plan for time to park and ride the shuttle so that you check in no later than 10 minutes before your shift is scheduled to begin.

Where should I check in?
Volunteer check in is located at the tent directly across from Woods Animal Clinic at the corner of Thrasher St. and Park Drive.
