Can I volunteer for more than one shift?
Absolutely! Many volunteers enjoy the variety and experiences of different areas. If it weren’t for those who do sign up for more than one shift, we probably wouldn’t fill all of the necessary positions. The more shifts you sign up for, the greater the chances of winning one or more of the gift certificates to the Norcross Station Cafe.
Can I receive Community Service credit hours for volunteering for Norcross Art Fest?
Yes. When you sign in for your duty, bring your service sheet. When you check out, someone will sign it for you.
When and where do I pick up my t-shirt?
T-shirts should be picked up Friday, October 5 between 3PM and 7PM at the volunteer check-in tent, which is located across from Woods Animal Clinic on the corner of Thrasher St. and Park Drive. If you are unable to pick up your shirt Friday, you may get it when you check in for your duty. The earlier you check in, the more likely it is that you will be able to get the shirt size you desire.
Do I have to wear my volunteer t-shirt or can I wear my own company or personal shirt?
We ask that all volunteers wear the volunteer shirt while on duty so that exhibitors will be able to recognize you as a volunteer if they have questions or need something.
Where should I park?
Volunteers who arrive for the Saturday morning set up shift at 5AM should have no problem finding parking at City Hall or in front of Thrasher Park on N Peachtree St. Volunteers who arrive after 9AM Saturday or 10AM Sunday should plan on parking in the off site parking and taking one of the shuttle buses that will run both the Norcross First United Methodist Church (Sat. 9:30am – 8pm, Sun. 12:30pm – 7pm) located at 2500 Beaver Ruin Road or at the Jefferson Plaza (Sat. 9am – 10pm, Sun. 9am – 9pm) located at 3169 Holcomb Bridge Road. Please plan for time to park and ride the shuttle so that you check in no later than 10 minutes before your shift is scheduled to begin.

Volunteer check-in is located at the tent directly across from Woods Animal Clinic at the corner of Thrasher St. and Park Drive.
What time does the Volunteer Appreciation Pizza Party at Paizanos (located at 7 Jones St.) begin on Sunday evening?
The party begins at 7PM. Pizza and soft drinks are free for all adult volunters
