Over 45 chairs, tables and other paintable objects were donated in 2012 for the Chairs for Charity program for Norcross Art Fest. These colorful creations were made possible by the Norcross Arts Alliance, who collected and distributed the items in their original state to the local schools for their art departments to paint. The resulting whimsical designs were then auctioned off at Norcross Art Fest with one hundred percent of the proceeds going back to those schools to help support their art programs. Thanks to all of the supporters, this program raised over $3700 for funding of the participating schools’ art departments.
